IFSCC

IFSCC

IFSCC是国际范围的化妆品技术和科学的合作组织。1956成立于巴黎，最初只有8个成员国。现在则有45个成员国，个人会员超过14，000人。IFSCC的成长得益于化妆品工业的扩张，尤其是在东欧、亚洲、非洲、拉丁美洲等新兴地区，ifscc欢迎来自各地的成员。

The IFSCC is a truly a worldwide federation dedicated to international cooperation in cosmetic science and technology. Interest in the formation of such an organisation crystallized in Paris in 1956 and culminated in the birth of the 联邦制 in Brussels, Belgium on September 8, 1959. The IFSCC continues to grow as the cosmetic industry expands worlwide. As new Societies develop in Eastern Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America, they will be welcolmed into the 联邦制 as they qualify for membership

从1998年开始出版IFSCC Magazine,每年出版4期。报道IFSCC重要事件，作科学家访谈以及刊登科学家专栏等内容。

IFSCC奖项

IFSCC大奖是为了鼓励和承认在化妆品及相关领域有突出贡献的科学研究，一共有7500瑞士法郎分发给在IFSCC大会上最出色的提交论文的作者。包括IFSCC大奖、基础研究奖、基础研究荣誉提交奖、海报论文奖、IFSCC研讨会奖、Maison G de Navarre 年轻科学家奖、和Lester Conrad教育奖。 2008年IFSCC 大会在西班牙巴塞罗那举行，基础研究奖授予日本宝丽公司，题目是：Enhancement of Skin Barrier Function by a Lotion Containing 1% 神经酰胺 2，用含1%神经胺2的乳液增加皮肤的屏障功能

2006年在日本大阪的会议上获得IFSCC基础研究奖的是荷兰Leiden University的J.A. Bouwstra, M. de Jager, G.S. Gooris, M. Ponec ，题目是：A novel stratum corneum substitute mimics the barrier properties of dry and normal skin: A convenient and efficient approach for screening of active ingredients.

2006年基础研究荣誉提交奖的是日本资生堂研究中心的Chika Katagiri, Jotaro Nakanishi and Toshihiko Hibino ，论文题目是：Identification of a Regulatory Molecule in Keratinocyte Denucleation and its Relevance to Barrier Distruption

2006年应用研究奖的是里昂大学皮肤学院的Josette Peguet-Navarro Anne Guezennec, Daniel Schmitt and Laetitia Furio 题目是：Differential toxicity on monocytes and monocyte-derived dendritic cells: a new tool to differentiate allergens from irritants。

2006年海报奖（很多论文不能在会议室里宣读，张贴在墙上，针对这些论文中的优秀论文也设有奖项，称为海报奖）的是资生堂研究中心的 Toshii Iida, Yuji Katsuta, Kiyotaka Hasegawa, Mitsuhiro Denda and Shinji Inomata 题目是：How can we improve the appearance of Conspicuous Facial Pores? 　研讨会奖，首次设立于2003年的韩国研讨会，奖给研讨会上的最佳论文。2005年的研讨会奖授予Katsuhiko Yagi, Katsuki Ogawa, Tetsuya Kenmaru, Kyoko Joichi, Naomi KKunizawa and Ruriko Takano for their paper "Optical Rejuvenating Make-Up Using an Innovative Shape-Controlled Hybrid Powder" 。

Maison G de Navarre 青年科学家奖每年颁奖一次，授予不仅参加IFSCC大会还要参加研讨会的青年科学家。35岁以下。2007年的获奖者将参加2007年9月在荷兰召开的研讨会，IFSCC提供旅行费用、食宿和注册，但不超过6000瑞士法郎。2006年的获奖者是来自南非的 Megan Jones 题目是: "How Cosmetic Science can contribute to the Improvement of Society". Megan attended the IFSCC Congress in Japan in October 2006 and was presented with her scroll at the Opening Ceremony 　Lester Conrad 教育奖为了援助会员学会用于本国的化妆品教育。隔年颁奖一次，以前的获奖学会：

IFSCC会议

每两年一届的IFSCC大会是国际最高水平的学术会议，每次在不同国家由该国的SCC组织承办，是化妆品学术领域的奥运会。2010年第26届IFSCC大会于9月20-23日在阿根廷首都布宜诺斯艾利斯召开。之前的2008年会议在西班牙巴塞罗那举办，2006年则在日本大阪。
