孙方霖（？-2026年7月10日），男，汉族，长江学者特聘教授，博士生导师，国家杰出青年科学基金获得者，无党派人士。生前系同济大学校长助理、医学与生命科学部副主任（兼），同济大学转化医学高等研究院院长。
孙方霖于2026年7月10日逝世，终年58岁。

1997－2001美国华盛顿大学（St. Louis）生物系 博士后；
2001－2006 瑞士Friedrich Miecher生物医学研究所（FMI）研究组组长；
2006－ 清华大学教授、博导、“百人计划”引进人才；
2010－2014同济大学生命科学与技术学院院长、医学与生命科学部副主任（兼）；
2014起，同济大学校长助理、医学与生命科学部副主任（兼）。

研究方向
表观遗传调控的分子机制与功能 干细胞分化与癌症形成的表观遗传调控网络。
研究成果
孙方霖先后担任国家重大科学研究计划(973)、国家重点研发计划首席科学家，牵头多项国家级重大科研项目，带领团队长期攻坚异染色质调控、干细胞分化重编程、衰老及肿瘤发生表观调控核心机制，取得多项突破性原创成果，相关研究发表于国际顶级期刊。团队首次在国际上解决了靶向药耐药突变及复发问题、发现逆转肿瘤靶向药耐药的新的表观遗传通路，为细胞治疗、抗肿瘤新药研发提供核心理论支撑，有力夯实了中国干细胞与表观遗传研究自主创新基础。
