李忠佩，男，广西桂林市临桂区人，中国科学院南京土壤研究所创新研究员，博士生导师。他长期从事土壤生物化学、土壤生态学研究，担任土壤生物与生物化学研究室副主任，土壤有机物质转化与土壤功能演变研究组负责人，中国植物营养学会土壤肥力专业委员会副主任。李忠佩已发表论文80余篇，其中SCI论文10篇，曾获国家科学技术进步奖二等奖1次。他的研究领域包括干扰过程与生态系统响应和适应、土壤生物化学过程。
